About the Company
A leading manufacturer of advanced waterproofing and protective coating systems in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager to lead product development, production support, and technical excellence across its product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical development and optimization of:
Polyurea coating systems
Polyurethane coatings and spray foam insulation
Epoxy flooring and protective coatings
GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) coating systems
Oversee formulation development, raw material evaluation, and cost optimization
Provide technical support to production, ensuring consistency, quality, and process efficiency
Drive innovation and new product development aligned with market requirements
Manage quality control systems, testing protocols, and compliance with international standards
Support the sales and projects team with technical presentations, specifications, and troubleshooting
Establish and maintain technical documentation, TDS, MSDS, and application guidelines
Liaise with suppliers to evaluate new raw materials and technologies

Candidate Profile

Postgraduate / Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in waterproofing or construction chemicals manufacturing
Strong hands-on experience in:
Polyurea spray systems
Polyurethane (rigid foam, coatings, binders)
Epoxy and solvent-free systems
GRP lining / coating technologies
Deep understanding of raw materials, formulations, and application methods
Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and plant support functions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills
