( Industrial IoT (IIoT) Solutions and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Need : To handle and manage QA/QC process for Industrial Digital Data Platform Project (IoT + GCP)

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in Digital Data Platform Project with Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and security of Edge & cloud-based IoT applications across sites, data pipelines, and user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define Test Strategy, QA/QC plan for Industrial Digital Data Platform Project.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Industrial Digital Data Platform Project.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing
• Validate data ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics in Edge gateway and GCP
• Test edge gateway and cloud-native data pipelines
• Perform data validation across edge devices, gateways, and cloud platforms
• Conduct performance, scalability, Cybersecurity, Networking and reliability testing for IoT (streaming and batch) and GCP cloud workloads
• Ensure security and compliance testing (authentication, authorization, data privacy)
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Track, report, and manage defects using tools like JIRA
• Support CI/CD pipelines with automated testing frameworks
• Prepare test reports, metrics, and quality dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience in QA/QC for IoT & cloud-based applications for industrial setup.
• Hands-on experience with Industrial IoT / IIoT systems
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as:
o Pub/Sub
o BigQuery
o Cloud Storage
o Cloud Functions / Cloud Run etc
• Experience in test automation (Good to have)
• Knowledge of SQL and data validation
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Cloud Build)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
