We are seeking an accomplished Structural Engineer with proven expertise in preparing and reviewing shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS). The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting our construction and engineering teams. This role demands a professional committed to delivering precise, compliant, and efficient structural documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review detailed shop drawings for structural elements in accordance with approved structural and architectural designs.
- Prepare, verify, and coordinate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) to ensure reinforcement works are accurately scheduled and available for construction.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, fabricators, and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all shop drawings and BBS conform to relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct site visits to verify proper implementation and installation of reinforcement as per approved drawings.
- Maintain comprehensive records of drawings, revisions, and schedules.
- Assist in procurement processes by providing technical support and clarification on reinforcement detailing.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and provide expert guidance on structural detailing.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural detailing, shop drawings, and reinforcement scheduling.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Tekla Structures, Revit, or other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement detailing, construction practices, and applicable standards.
- Excellent communication and technical report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
