Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales & Marketing Professional with proven experience in the construction industry to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local market, including key projects and stakeholders in cities such as Dammam, Khobar, and Jubail. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the Eastern Province.
Identify new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Dammam, Al Khobar, Jubail, and the surrounding areas.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Track upcoming construction and industrial projects in the region.
Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors and industry trends.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Manage marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and on-ground promotions.
Represent the company at local industry events and client meetings.

Requirements:

3–7+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the construction sector.
Strong understanding of the Eastern Province market, especially in industrial and infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing network with contractors, consultants, and developers in the Eastern Province.
Experience in sectors such as oil & gas, infrastructure, or building materials.
Familiarity with procurement and tendering processes in Saudi Arabia.
