Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Female and Male Office Admin Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day
administrative operations of the office. She will serve as the central point of coordination for all office-related activities, providing excellent support to the management team and staff while maintaining
a well-organized, efficient, and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all general office administrative functions and daily operations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
• Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings, appointments in different departments.
• Prepare, review, and distribute official documents, reports, minutes of meetings, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems (both physical and digital), and databases.
• Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Support HR activities such as onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, and assisting with leave management.
• Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, flight reservations, and transportation for staff and management.
• Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.
• Advantage: Knowledge in registration of products to SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) and NUPCO (National Unified Procurement Company) is a strong plus.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or any related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in office administration, executive assistance, or coordination role.
• Gender: Female and Male (as per organizational requirement).

Key Skills & Competencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Basic knowledge of HR and procurement processes is an advantage.
