PROJECT MANAGER – MIN EXPERIENCE 10-12 YEARS IN GCC
MIN QUALIFICATION – BE / BTECH IN CIVIL / MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Job Descriptions:
• Project Planning & Scheduling: Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive master schedules that account for detailing (shop drawings), material procurement, fabrication, surface treatment, and site erection.
• Financial & Budget Management: Manage the overall project budget. Track actual costs against the estimate, manage cash flow, and submit monthly progress billings (pay applications).
• Change Order Management: Identify any out-of-scope work requested by the client or caused by design changes. Calculate the cost and schedule impact, and negotiate change orders to ensure the company is compensated.
• Liaison & Communication Hub: Serve as the main point of contact for the client and external engineers. Defuse critical situations, negotiate unforeseen events, and ensure smooth information flow among all stakeholders.
• Drawing & RFI Management: Coordinate with the Tekla detailing team to ensure shop drawings are submitted and approved by the EOR (Engineer of Record) on schedule. Oversee the submission of Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve design conflicts.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Select and negotiate contracts with sub-fabricators, third-party testing agencies, raw material suppliers, and specialized erection crews.
• Site Coordination & Erection Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify field measurements, and ensure the steel is being erected safely according to project specifications.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all fabricated and erected steel adheres to engineering designs, local building codes, and strict industry standards like AISC or AWS.




STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER – MIN EXPERIENCE 5-7 YEARS IN GCC
MIN QUALIFICATION – BE / BTECH / ME / MTECH IN CIVIL ENGINEERING

Job Descriptions:
• Structural Analysis & Calculation: Perform rigorous calculations and simulate how a steel structure will react to gravity, occupancy, wind, snow, and seismic loads using advanced engineering software.
• Member Sizing & Selection: Determine the appropriate steel grades, shapes, and thicknesses (e.g., I-beams, H-columns, hollow sections) required to safely support the design intent while remaining cost-effective.
• Connection Design: Engineer critical steel-to-steel and steel-to-concrete connections (both bolted and welded). This includes calculating required bolt counts, weld sizes, and plate thicknesses.
• Value Engineering & Optimization: Propose material and design alternatives that maintain structural safety but reduce the overall tonnage of steel, making fabrication simpler and cheaper.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all designs strictly follow relevant international and local building codes, such as the AISC Eurocodes, or British Standards (BS).
• Shop Drawing & Model Review: Review and approve the 3D models and shop drawings produced by the Tekla modeling team to ensure they accurately reflect the structural design calculations.
• Temporary Works & Erection Engineering: If working for a fabricator or contractor, design temporary steel supports, bracing, and lifting lugs required to keep the structure stable during site erection.
• Technical Problem Solving (Non-Conformities): Provide calculated, engineered solutions for field errors, such as when fabricated steel doesn't fit correctly on-site or a material fails testing.
