# **Civil 3D Modeler – Infrastructure (LOD 500)**
**Experience:** 4–5 Years
**Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

## **Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled **Civil 3D Modeler** to develop accurate **LOD 500 infrastructure models** for utilities, roads, grading, and as‑built documentation.

## **Key Responsibilities**
- Create LOD 500 models for utilities (water, sewer, stormwater, irrigation) and road corridors
- Prepare plans, profiles, sections, and as‑built models
- Integrate survey data, point clouds, and GIS inputs
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and Saudi authority requirements
- Coordinate with design, BIM, and site teams for model accuracy
- Generate QTOs and asset data from the model

## **Requirements**
- 4–5 years of experience in Civil 3D modeling for infrastructure
- Strong skills in Autodesk Civil 3D (mandatory)
- Experience with as‑built modeling and survey data
- Knowledge of BIM workflows; Navisworks is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering/Drafting
