📢 URGENT HIRING – FIT-OUT ENGINEER (INTERIOR / ARCHITECTURAL) 🇸🇦
A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified Fit-Out Engineer with strong experience in large-scale construction projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Review fit-out construction drawings (plans, ceilings, elevations, details) for guest rooms, public areas, banquet halls, etc.
• Identify drawing issues, coordinate with design teams & prepare meeting minutes
• Prepare material demand plans (stone, wood veneer, wallpaper, paint, stainless steel, furniture, etc.)
• Submit samples/technical documents & track approvals
• Prepare/review construction method statements and technical documents
• Ensure proper documentation: inspection records, concealed works, test reports & as-built drawings
• Coordinate with Civil, MEP & fa?ade teams using drawings/BIM
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) & Civil Defense requirements

🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field
• Valid registration with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) – Architecture/Interior discipline
• Minimum 10+ years experience in large-scale fit-out projects (Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial Buildings, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials & installation processes
• Familiar with SBC standards, fire safety, and hotel fit-out requirements

🎯 Candidates with full-cycle project experience (design to execution) will be highly preferred.
