Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Control Engineer to support project planning,
scheduling, and cost control activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are
delivered on time and within budget by monitoring performance, preparing reports, and coordinating across
multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and progress tracking systems
• Monitor project performance against baseline plans (cost and schedule)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment
• Support project management in decision-making with accurate data and analysis
• Perform cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Identify risks, delays, and deviations, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project controls (planning, scheduling, cost control)
• Experience in EPC, construction, or oil & gas projects preferred
• Experience in GCC region is an advantage
