Job Hiring : Anodizing & surface Treatment Technician

Main Role:
Surface Treatment Technician, Responsible to run surface treatment shops independently, perform daily production Activity in Electroplating, Anodizing & Painting as well as inspect incoming/outgoing products, operate utility systems such as water purification system, waste water treatment system. Prepare specimens for various of process as part of process qualification.

Responsibilities:

1.Performs surface pre-treatment processes such as Degreasing, Masking, Mechanical cleaning, Raking.
2.Performs special Treatment processes of Electroplating, Anodizing, Chemical Conversion & Painting.
3.Electroplating Processes: Chrome, Nickel, Cadmium, Silver & Copper.
4Anodizing Processes: Chromic acid, sulfuric Acid, Hard Anodizing & Phosphoric acid.
5.Chemical Conversion Processes: Alodine, Mg-Chromate, Black oxide & Phosphating.
6.Painting: Topcoat, Aluminum Coating (SermeTel), Primers & Solid/Dry Film Lubricant.
7.Performs post-treatment processes Such as Passivation, Sealing & Dyeing.
8.Verifying incoming/outgoing product visually & using measuring tools.
9.Assists with makeup, Replenish & cleaning surface treatment vats.
10.Assist with waste treatment when necessary.
11.Familiar with process instruction & Technical Orders (T.O
