Job Summary:

The Travel Operations & Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end travel operations while supporting sales activities to drive business growth. This role ensures seamless travel service delivery, maintains strong client relationships, and actively contributes to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:
• Coordinate and manage travel bookings including flights, hotels, transportation, and tour packages.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with client requirements.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and service providers to secure reservations and resolve any issues.
• Monitor bookings, cancellations, and amendments to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
• Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, invoices, and travel documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and service standards.

Sales:
• Promote and sell travel packages, services, and products to clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct contact and networking.
• Prepare and present travel proposals, quotations, and itineraries tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote travel services.


Qualifications & Requirements:
•Education certificate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in travel operations and/or sales.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., GDS such as Amadeus or Sabre).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
