Brief Job Description:

- Strategic Project Delivery: Execute initiatives ensuring full alignment from concept to completion.
- Drive strategic consistency and collaboration in KSA operations.
- Consultative approach: Plan system upgrades and design specifications using insights from Planned Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and service data.
- Conduct random inspections to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement in system performance and functionality.
- Client Governance: Engage with KSA management to ensure compliance with client policies and proactive issue resolution.
- Client Engagement: Conduct scheduled weekly meetings, including a site walk-around with the customer’s representative.
- Embedded Expertise: Leverage certified professionals for technical guidance, faster resolution, and knowledge sharing.
- Risk Mitigation: Enable rapid incident response and proactive risk management.
- Operational Excellence: Enhance maintenance efficiency and elevate client experience.
- Compliance: Ensure systems comply with client’s and statutory requirements; industry best practices; technical standards; highlight non-compliances and apply any required resolutions.
- Due Diligence: Ensure adherence to Securitas and the customer’s standards of Ethics and service delivery; identify any risks impacting Securitas and the customer’s assets and personnel.
- Project Management: Manage and implement projects; liaise with client and contractor teams to align schedules through delivery, installation, and commissioning.
