Job Overview

NAJMUK is looking for a Female Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with businesses interested in listing their products on our marketplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential vendors, and supporting the Business Development team in onboarding new sellers.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, and skilled in communication, with a passion for sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential vendors through social media, online platforms, and market research
• Contact businesses via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Generate qualified leads for Business Development team
• Maintain and update lead database
• Follow up with interested vendors
• Schedule meetings between vendors and Business Development team
• Support vendor onboarding process
• Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Good communication skills (English & Arabic preferred)
• Experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service (Preferred)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
