A growing industrial services company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is looking for a female Office Assistant / Secretary to support senior management in daily administrative and communication activities.

This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and comfortable handling emails, client communication, and basic coordination tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
• Managing official emails and correspondence
• Sending promotional emails to existing and potential clients
• Communicating with customers via email and phone
• Supporting management with day-to-day office coordination
• Maintaining records and follow-ups with clients

Work Location:
Office located between Jubail and Dammam (near old checkpoint area).
Working Schedule:

• Office Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
• 5 days office work + 1 day work from home.
Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, etc.)
• Presentable and well-organized personality
• Ability to handle customer communication professionally
• Own transportation OR reliable drop facility (minimum 5 days/week)

We prefer someone who have
• Previous experience in office administration / secretary role
• Experience in customer handling or sales coordination.
