A Sales and Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating sales activities and operational support to ensure effective service delivery. This role includes assisting with customer inquiries, preparing documents and quotations, scheduling jobs, coordinating with drivers, site teams, and clients, and ensuring all service-related arrangements are in place. The coordinator also helps track job status, maintain records, support invoicing processes, and ensure smooth communication between the sales and operations teams. This position requires good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
