Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with 3–7 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing quantity take-offs, evaluating contractor claims, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
Evaluate variations, claims, and contractor payments.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
3–7 years of relevant experience in construction or contracting companies.
Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost control, and contract administration.
Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
