Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and increasing hotel revenue through corporate and leisure market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Coordinate with internal departments for client satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
Good knowledge of the local market
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Indian candidates preferred
