Urgent Hiring: Enterprise Application Operation L2 Engineer – Integration

We are urgently looking for an Enterprise Application Operation L2 Engineer – Integration with the following requirements:

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-7 years of experience in Enterprise Application Operations / Integration.
- Must have a transferable Iqama.
- Immediate joining is mandatory.

Role and Responsibilities:

Technical Troubleshooting
Perform deep-dive analysis and resolve complex integration issues involving IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).

API Maintenance
Manage and support API proxies and traffic using Apigee or similar API Management platforms.

Proactive Monitoring
Perform daily health checks and use monitoring tools to identify potential bottlenecks or failures before they impact business operations.

Incident Management
Handle and manage the lifecycle of L2 support tickets, ensuring all incidents are resolved within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

On-Call Support
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide immediate support for critical P1/P2 incidents outside business hours.

Documentation
Create and maintain technical runbooks, knowledge base articles, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
