????️ Technical Superintendent
???? Role Overview
Support mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic maintenance and repair activities.
Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical/hydraulic and electrical/electronic systems.
Ensure smooth functioning of technical operations across assigned equipment and assets.

???? Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.

????️ Senior Mechanical Engineer
???? Role Overview
Assist in executing mechanical and hydraulic maintenance programs.
Lead installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical/hydraulic systems.
Contribute to improving maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

???? Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.

???? Core Responsibilities (Applicable to Both Roles)
????️ Operational & Technical Oversight
???? Budget & Resource Management
???? Field & Vessel Support

???? Mechanical / Hydraulic Responsibilities
Perform process calculations including hydraulics, piping sizing, control valve sizing, pressure head calculations, and flow curves.
Execute maintenance schedules in line with technical specifications.
Conduct cost‑benefit analysis for technical solutions and recommend improvements.
Prepare hydraulic specifications, data sheets, and equipment sizing documentation.
Ensure proper maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems.
Guide junior staff on QA/QC and HSE compliance

⚙️ Mechanical (Electrical‑Related) Responsibilities
Manage implementation of annual electrical work plans.
Provide technical input for electrical maintenance strategies.
Ensure operational continuity by offering electrical expertise to minimize downtime.
Analyze electrical purchase requisitions and recommend appropriate spare parts.
Provide leadership and guidance to electrical engineers.
Support conflict resolution and foster collaboration across teams
