## **Job Summary**

An operations and maintenance company in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Electrician & Plumber Technician to perform maintenance services for commercial businesses and residential homes. The candidate must have hands-on experience in both electrical and plumbing works and hold a valid Saudi driving license. This role requires fieldwork and emergency response when needed.

## **Key Responsibilities**

### **Electrical Duties**

* Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and power outlets
* Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective maintenance
* Install and maintain distribution boards (DB panels)
* Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
* Ensure compliance with safety standards

### **Plumbing Duties**

* Install and repair water supply and drainage systems
* Fix leaks, replace pipes, valves, pumps, and sanitary fixtures
* Install and maintain water heaters
* Perform routine preventive maintenance

### **General Responsibilities**

* Respond to maintenance requests across Riyadh
* Handle emergency and on-call maintenance services
* Maintain tools and equipment properly
* Submit basic daily maintenance reports
* Follow company safety and operational procedures

## **Requirements**

* Minimum 4–7 years of experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance
* Experience in commercial and residential maintenance
* Valid Saudi driving license (Mandatory)
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently
* Basic Arabic or English communication skills
* Willing to work 9 hours per day, 6 days per week
* Transfer to for different company
