HVAC Maintenance Technician

A leading company is seeking to hire an HVAC Maintenance Technician/Asir Region.

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems in buildings and facilities.
• Diagnose and repair various types of AC units (Split, Window, Package, Duct, VRF/VRV).
• Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor units.
• Check and adjust refrigerant (Freon) levels to ensure proper performance.
• Maintain compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests on time.
• Monitor system performance and submit technical reports.
• Follow safety procedures during all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with the operations team and site supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (operation & maintenance).
• Experience in building maintenance (hospitals, schools, complexes, facilities).
• Strong knowledge of different HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults accurately and quickly.
• Strong commitment and discipline.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency cases.
• Physically fit for fieldwork.

Additional Requirements:
• Experience in VRF/VRV systems.
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to work shifts or emergency calls.
• Ability to write basic technical reports
