## **We’re Hiring: Accountant (Restaurant Operations & ERP Management)**

We are looking for a **detail-oriented Accountant** to join our restaurant operations team. This role is focused on **daily accounting entries, inventory control, and ERP system management**, supporting smooth financial and operational flow across our outlets.

### **Key Responsibilities**

**ERP & Daily Accounting Operations**

* Enter daily incoming stock and purchases into the ERP system
* Record vendor bills, customer invoices, and daily transactions
* Manage incoming and outgoing payments
* Track vendor balances, pending payments, and payment schedules
* Maintain accurate accounting entries and general ledgers

**Inventory & Stock Management**

* Record and monitor inventory movements
* Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliations
* Manage internal stock transfers (warehouse → outlets)
* Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SOPs

**Financial & Compliance**

* Record salaries, expenses, and operational costs in ERP
* Maintain accurate tax entries and ensure compliance with tax regulations
* Support monthly closing and financial reconciliation processes

### **Requirements**

* Experience in accounting, preferably in **restaurants, F&B, or retail operations**
* Strong experience working with **ERP systems**
* Good understanding of inventory accounting and stock flow
* Knowledge of tax systems and accounting principles
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage daily operational accounting independently

### **Preferred**

* Experience handling multi-branch operations
* Understanding of SOP-based inventory and financial controls
