Job Responsibility:

1. Drive productivity of foremen and workforce, setting daily/weekly targets and ensuring achievement of planned steel fixing quantities.
2. Closely monitor steel fixing progress, identify bottlenecks (manpower, material, sequencing), and implement corrective actions to recover delays.
3. Remain site-based, ensuring continuous supervision, quick decision-making, and immediate resolution of site issues impacting productivity.
4. Track daily productivity and report progress, highlighting gaps against targets and proposing recovery plans.
5. Provide hands-on technical guidance to foremen and workers on:
a. Rebar installation, spacing, lapping, anchorage
b. Formwork alignment, levels, and structural accuracy
