Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in manpower supply, Equipment Rental and outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand business opportunities in manpower supply and outsourcing services
Identify and approach potential clients, especially in construction and project sectors
Promote company services and secure new contracts for manpower supply
Coordinate manpower sourcing for project-based and long-term contracts
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Maintaining a strong database of clients.
outsourcing of manpower from the market and supply according to the clients.
outsourcing of rental equipment and supply according to the clients.

Requirements:
3–4 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing within manpower services or outsourcing
Proven track record in client acquisition and contract negotiation
Experience handling manpower requirements for construction projects
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Additional Criteria:
Candidate must be currently available in Dammam
Immediate transfer of sponsorship required
Preference for Indian candidates (Kerala or South India region)
