Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues (remote & on-site).
Configure network switches, CAT 6 cabling, CCTV cameras, and related IT equipment.
Monitor IT systems, apply updates, and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
Maintain IT asset records, backups, and assist in disaster recovery.
Provide technical guidance and train employees on IT systems.
Supervise team tasks related to IT operations.
Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders for access points and CCTV.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–6 years of IT support experience in Saudi Arabia (Other experience not considered).
Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, MCP). Other degrees not considered.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiar with Windows, office applications, and remote support tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
