Job Overview:
We are looking for passionate and reliable kitchen professionals to join our team across different levels, from Commis to Chef de Partie (CDP). The selected candidates will support daily kitchen operations, food preparation, quality standards, hygiene, and smooth service execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and daily mise en place as per kitchen requirements.
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
Work closely with the team to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Minimize waste and handle ingredients properly.
Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute positively to the kitchen environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or professional kitchen is preferred.
Experience level should match the position applied for.
Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
