An Operations and Maintenance Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is a hustler-type salesperson with strong field presence, capable of generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships in the B2B services / contracting sector.

This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, takes ownership of targets, and is constantly on the ground meeting clients and driving business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facility Management, MEP and contracting services


Actively conduct field visits, client meetings, and cold outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and decision-makers

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings

Follow up aggressively on leads and convert them into sales

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery post-sales


Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions

Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements

Proven experience in B2B services sales (preferably in contracting, FM or MEP)

Strong Arabic communication skills (mandatory)
English proficiency is a plus
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
Valid Iqama and driving license required
