Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer specializing in both interior and exterior design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, creative vision, and in-depth knowledge of regulatory standards within Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering
7–10 years of proven experience in architectural design and execution
Comprehensive knowledge of:
Municipality regulations & approvals (Baladiya)
City authority requirements across KSA
Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant standards
Strong expertise in:
AutoCAD (2D drafting & detailing)
Autodesk Revit (BIM modeling & coordination)
Autodesk 3ds Max (3D visualization & rendering)
Experience in handling authority submissions and approvals
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations for interior and exterior projects
Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations and SBC requirements
Prepare and review:
Shop drawings
As-built drawings
Material submittals
Coordinate with:
Structural, MEP, and project teams
Clients, consultants, and contractors
Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of design packages
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation accuracy
Support project approvals with municipalities and regulatory authorities


Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
Knowledge of sustainable design practices
Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows
Strong presentation and visualization skills
