Description

We are urgently hiring FM ESTIMATOR.

Role Profile:
• Review tender documents, RFPs, and technical specifications for FM projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations covering all the tender cost elements.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and technical teams to obtain accurate inputs.
• Develop pricing models and cost build-ups aligned with company margin strategy.
• Conduct site visits when required.
• Participate in risk assessment and value engineering exercises.
• Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FM estimation within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services pricing.
• Familiarity with manpower productivity norms and SLAs.
• Proficiency in Excel and cost modeling.
• Good understanding of contracts, BOQs, and technical compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Work location - Riyadh city.
• Transferable iqama
