Job Title: Karak & Paratha Unit Supervisor (Operations & Kitchen)

Role Summary:
We’re hiring a hands-on, driven supervisor to run a high-volume karak tea and paratha unit. This role requires strong operational control—managing both beverage and hot food production to ensure speed, consistency, and a smooth customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize the team across both stations (karak & paratha) during service
- Control workflow to ensure fast, synchronized order execution (tea + food)
- Maintain consistency in karak preparation (tea base, spices, milk finishing)
- Oversee paratha production (prep, cooking, timing) with quality and speed
- Manage holding temperatures and prevent over-extraction or product degradation
- Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and daily prep for both categories
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the entire unit
- Handle rush periods efficiently without losing structure or quality
- Oversee equipment condition (griddle, boilers, etc.) and coordinate basic maintenance
- Maintain clear communication with team and ensure strong customer experience

Requirements:
- Experience in F&B operations, preferably in high-volume or dual-product concepts
- Strong leadership—able to control flow, not just assist
- Highly organized with attention to timing, sequencing, and detail
- Solid understanding of kitchen workflow and service speed
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

We’re looking for someone who:
- Takes full ownership of the unit
- Understands timing between food and beverage is critical
- Can build and enforce a clean, efficient system
- Performs under pressure and keeps the team aligned

Bonus:
- Experience with tea concepts or flatbread/paratha production
- Basic equipment knowledge (griddle heat control, hot holding systems)Ppl
