Job Summary

Samyoung Company is looking for a qualified and experienced ARAMCO Approved Scaffolding Supervisor to supervise scaffolding activities at Fadhili Project, Jubail. The candidate must ensure all scaffolding works are carried out safely and in full compliance with ARAMCO standards and project safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise scaffolding erection, dismantling, and modification work
Ensure full compliance with ARAMCO safety rules and permit system
Conduct daily scaffold inspection and toolbox talks
Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and construction team
Maintain proper scaffold tagging and safety control
Manage scaffolding manpower productivity and discipline
Prepare daily progress and safety reports
Plan scaffolding materials and site requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience as Scaffolding Supervisor in Oil & Gas / Industrial projects
Valid ARAMCO Supervisor Approval certificate is mandatory
Strong knowledge of international scaffolding safety standards
Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work under site pressure and strict safety environment
