Job Purpose

To manage and operate the company’s website and e-commerce platforms, ensuring professional product presentation that drives sales growth, enhances customer experience, and supports expansion strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Create and upload products to the company website and platforms including Trendyol, Amazon, and Noon.
- Accurately enter product data (name, description, specifications, pricing, categories).
- Select appropriate product categories and configure variations such as color, size, and other options.
- Upload product images and ensure compliance with each platform’s requirements.
- Continuously update products (pricing, images, descriptions, specifications).
- Manage and organize website categories and product classifications.
- Conduct in-house product photography with professional quality suitable for online display.
- Design and edit product images and prepare them for publishing across the website and platforms.
- Develop engaging visual graphics highlighting product features and specifications.
- Design banners and promotional materials for the website and marketplaces.
- Monitor product performance and propose improvements for underperforming items.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies to prevent listing rejection or account suspension.
- Coordinate with management during new product launches.
- Organize and archive product images and related digital files.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in professional design and image editing software.
- Ability to conduct product photography suitable for e-commerce.
- Experience using seller account management systems for Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol.
- Experience managing a commercial e-commerce website.
- Valid and transferable Iqama with a minimum of three months validity (mandatory).
