Job Summary
Star Services L.L.C is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh and Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the staffing and outsourcing industry and a proven track record of securing high-value contracts across diverse sectors including Government, Oil & Gas, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors such as Government, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Construction, IT, and Telecom.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Solution Selling: Present tailored staffing and outsourcing solutions that specifically address the unique business needs of each client.

Commercial Negotiation: Lead the negotiation of contracts, close high-impact deals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging industry shifts to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
Experience: Proven professional experience in Business Development or Sales specifically within the staffing, manpower, or outsourcing industry.

Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Service Delivery: A strong understanding of client needs and the mechanics of service delivery within the GCC market.

Soft Skills: Must be proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a "hunter" mentality.

Language: Proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
