Description

We are seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer to oversee on-site architectural and finishing works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of all architectural works on site.
Close monitoring of finishing works (paint, flooring, false ceilings, doors, and façade works).
Review architectural shop drawings and ensure that site execution complies with drawings and specifications.
Continuous coordination with other disciplines (Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical) to ensure smooth workflow integration.
Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager.
Follow up on QA/QC activities and ensure that all materials and executed works comply with approved specifications.
Identify, analyze, and resolve site execution issues and engineering conflicts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction companies.
Experience in finishing works (GCC experience preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
