Description

We are looking to hire a competent and experienced HR Officer to handle and supervise all HR-related functions, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and official government procedures.



Main Duties & Responsibilities



Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisements, CV evaluation, interview scheduling, and reference verification.



Manage employee onboarding and exit processes efficiently.



Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts and personnel records.



Utilize and manage government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and GOSI.



Handle Iqama services, including issuance, renewal, final exit, and re-entry procedures.



Ensure adherence to Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.



Track Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance and workforce requirements.



Maintain records related to attendance, leave, and HR documentation.



Assist in payroll processing and calculation of end-of-service benefits.



Carry out additional HR and administrative responsibilities as required.



Candidate Requirements



1. Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.


2. Work Experience

At least 3 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia.

Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and governmental procedures.


3. Technical Expertise

Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and GOSI platforms.

Practical knowledge of work permits, Iqama processing, and visa-related services.

Familiarity with Saudization policies (Nitaqat program).



4. Language Proficiency

Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

Good level of English is required.

Knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage, especially in Chinese-invested organizations.

Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

Capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
