🚨 URGENT HIRING – QC INSULATION INSPECTORS

We are currently expanding our Quality Team for a major Oil & Gas project:

Primera Project Company Ltd. – Jafurah SACE-2 Project

We are seeking experienced and qualified QC Insulation Inspectors with Saudi Aramco project experience.

🔹 POSITION DETAILS

Senior QC Insulation Inspector
• Vacancies: 1
• Experience: 8+ years (Aramco project experience required)

QC Insulation Inspector
• Vacancies: 1
• Experience: 5+ years (Aramco project experience required)

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspection of monolithic refractory linings (installation & testing)
• Review of ITPs, Method Statements & project specifications
• Coordination with client for inspections, testing & approvals
• Preparation & maintenance of QC documentation and audit records
• Monitoring calibration of inspection tools
• Maintaining daily inspection reports and progress updates
• Review and submission of Mechanical Completion (MC) dossiers
• Ensuring safety compliance and operational efficiency

🔹 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in relevant field

Certification:
• API 936 (Refractory Personnel) – Preferred
• Hot / Cold Insulation Inspection Certification
• Must meet SAEP-316 requirements

Experience:
• 10+ years in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry
• 8+ years inspection experience (Senior role)
• 5+ years inspection experience (Inspector role)
• Strong knowledge of insulation systems & international standards

Skills:
• Independent inspection capability
• Strong documentation & reporting skills
• Good communication in English
