URGENT REQUIREMENT POSITION DETAILS,

Role: QC Coating Inspector Specialization: Cryogenic & Thermal Coating Systems Vacancies: 3 Nos Experience: Saudi Aramco Project Experience Required
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform inspection of all coating activities, including cryogenic and thermal coating applications.
• Coordinate and manage inspection activities with Saudi Aramco representatives.
• Review ITPs, Method Statements, and Project Specifications related to coating works.
• Prepare QC documentation and maintain accurate auditing and inspection records.
• Monitor calibration and expiry status of inspection tools and instruments.
• Maintain daily inspection logs and report progress to senior QC personnel.
• Review Mechanical Completion (MC) dossiers and submit to client for final approval.
• Ensure timely and complete handover of all quality documents from subcontractors.
• Verify compliance with coating procedures, environmental conditions, and surface preparation requirements.
• Ensure coating systems meet project specifications for cryogenic insulation, thermal protection, and corrosion resistance.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Qualification
• High School / Diploma / University Degree in a relevant field.
Mandatory Certifications
(As per SAEP 316)
• NACE CIP Level I, or
• SSPC PCI I, or
• BGAS Grade 2, or
• Equivalent recognized certification.
Technical Expertise
Candidates must demonstrate:
• Thorough working knowledge of cryogenic coating systems, thermal coatings, and critical coating applications.
• Strong understanding of coating inspection methods, environmental controls, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with recognized international standards and specifications.
• Ability to perform inspection tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Minimum 3 years coating inspection experience.
• Minimum 2 years working within the Contract Scope of Work.
• Fully conversant with applicable industry standards and project specifications.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full time work required as per Schedule Q – Attachment VI.
