Hi! I’m looking for a female Personal Assistant for my fashion & art brand.

Requirements:
• Early–mid 20s
• Fluent in English & Arabic (reading/writing)
• Organized, friendly, and able to multitask
• Skilled with Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Basic graphic design / Adobe knowledge (a plus)
• Can manage and post on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) and assist with content creation
• Knows the fashion scene in Saudi Arabia & Dubai (international knowledge is a plus)
• Basic understanding of art & fashion
• Able to approach concept stores and brands
• Assist with sales, client follow-ups, and high-profile clients
• Help organize artwork files and brand materials
• Able to represent the brand at pop-ups and events
• Familiar with Wix (a plus)
• Driver’s license preferred
• Possible travel to Riyadh

Fashion or artistic background is a plus.
