Racaptions Mangement+Executives from JADDAH MAKKAH only (Full Time Salary Based) + (Part Time Commission Based) (Female) in Makkah Al Mukkaramah,Jaddah for the sales of Hotel Products & Services+Racaptions Mangemnet

What You'll Do: ‎
‎* Visit the Hotels & Umrah Companies.
* Calls & quries of customers.
‎* Build client relationships through targeted marketing campaigns and networking. ‎
‎* Collaborate on sales & operation teams to ensure services. ‎


Key Responsibilities
Racaption Mangemnet/

Greeting Visitors
Welcome guests, clients, or visitors politely when they arrive at the office.
Answering Phone Calls
Receive phone calls, talk politely, and transfer the call to the correct person or department.
Managing Appointments
Schedule and organize meetings or appointments for managers or staff.
Providing Information
Give correct information to visitors about the company, office location, or services.
Handling Documents and Emails
Receive letters, parcels, and emails and deliver them to the correct department.
Maintaining Reception Area
Keep the reception desk and waiting area clean and organized.
Visitor Records
Maintain a record or register of visitors entering the office
