Description

We are looking for a Technical Proposal Specialist with strong drafting and proposal writing skills for renewable energy and power sector project tenders.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and drafting technical proposals for large-scale project bids based on tender requirements and inputs from project managers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender documents, RFPs, and bid requirements.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to collect technical inputs.

Prepare and draft complete technical proposals for project bids.

Develop clear and structured proposal content including technical narratives, methodology, figures, charts, graphs, and visuals.

Organize proposal documents to meet tender submission requirements and deadlines.

Ensure proposals are professional, technically accurate, and compliant with client requirements.

Requirements

Engineering background preferred.

Strong technical writing and proposal drafting skills.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.

Proven experience preparing technical proposals for renewable energy or power sector projects.

Experience supporting project bids valued at SAR 10 million or above.

Ability to convert technical inputs from engineers and managers into well-structured proposal documents.

Language

English proposal writing must be excellent (100%).

Arabic is not mandatory but will be considered an additional advantage.

Important

This role is specifically for renewable energy and power sector project tendering.
