Roles & Responsibilities
• Inspect industrial cleaning equipment and accessories to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain and update the asset master list and assign asset numbers for new assets.
• Arrange and coordinate Third Party Inspection (TPI) for equipment and accessories.
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate replacements when required.
• Track calibration of pressure gauges and other measuring instruments.
• Share TUV certificates with sites during mobilization or upon request.
• Maintain calibration records and tracking sheets for equipment and accessories.
• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 within the organization.
• Prepare operational and inspection checklists for equipment.
• Support operations, maintenance, and store departments in equipment management and documentation.
• Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspection of equipment and accessories.
• Prepare procedures for procurement, inspection, and equipment handling as per standards.
• Conduct vendor site visits for pre-purchase inspection and material verification.
• Perform incoming material inspection and maintain records.
• Maintain documentation manually and in SAP ERP (S/4HANA) system.
• Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and operational issues for continuous improvement.
• ISO lead auditor QMS.
