URGENT

We are looking for an experienced Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a department in a large retail store specializing in hardware, furniture, and appliances.

Responsibilities:

-Supervise and support sales staff to achieve department sales targets
-Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and stock availability
-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
-Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
-Train and guide team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
-Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and safety within the department
-Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management

Requirements:

-Filipino national (preferred for this role)
-Experience in retail hardware, furniture, or appliance stores
-Strong leadership and customer service skills
-Ability to manage a team and handle store operations
-Good communication and problem-solving skills
