Urgent Hiring: Site Engineer (Civil / Quality Control / Steel Structure Fabrication & Erection)

Location: Saudi Arabia (Local candidates only)


Overview:
A dedicated and experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in Civil Engineering and Quality Control (QC). Proven track record in managing construction and maintenance projects, ensuring strict compliance with international quality standards (ISO 9001:2015).

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved IFC drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.

Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Responsible for all QA/QC documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements (MS), Work Inspection Requests (WIR), and Material Inspection Reports (MIR).

Testing & Inspection: Conduct and monitor site tests such as Field Density Tests (FDT), concrete trial mixes, slump tests, and asphalt testing (temperature, prime coat, etc.).

Material Management: Inspect delivered materials at the site to ensure they meet approved specifications and monitor material movement.

Issue Resolution: Identify quality issues, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR), and implement corrective and preventive actions (RCA) to avoid project delays.

Coordination: Coordinate effectively with clients and consultants to present quality work and ensure project compliance with design standards.

Planning & Progress: Plan construction sequences, monitor site productivity, and update work progress records to meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Technical Skills:

Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Certifications: NEOM Approved Civil QC Engineer.

Education:

Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Technology
