A leading industrial company in the field of electrical services based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking to hire an experienced Telecom Design Engineer .

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in telecom systems design, preferably in SEC or utility infrastructure projects.
• Certified in Huawei HCIA, HCIP, MEF, or equivalent vendor/network systems is preferred.
• Expertise in using design tools such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, and PDF editors.

Core Competencies:
• Telecom systems architecture and design (MPLS-TP, DWDM, LAN/WAN, power systems)
• Vendor coordination and compliance verification
• SEC standards and submittal experience (TMSS, TES, TCS)
• Technical documentation and reporting
• NMS-based system integration planning
• Fluent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Project and time management
• Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
