Description

We are looking for a Fleet & Logistics Supervisor to join our team in the transportation and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily fleet operations, ensuring efficient vehicle utilization, and supervising logistics activities to maintain smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily fleet operations including trucks, drivers, and dispatch activities
• Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption
• Coordinate shipments, routes, and delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Track fleet performance and prepare operational reports
• Manage driver performance and resolve operational issues
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and accounting teams

Requirements:
• Proven experience in fleet management or logistics supervision
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations and route planning
• Experience managing drivers and fleet maintenance
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management systems is preferred
• English proficiency is required (Arabic is a plus)
