Train, coach, and develop staff to deliver top-tier service.
Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and ordering.
Monitor daily sales and control costs to meet financial targets.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
Turn customer feedback into improved dining experiences .

What We Are Looking For:
[5] years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in ksa.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
