Responsibilities:
Operate manual lathe machines safely and efficiently
Produce shafts, hubs, collars, and bushings according to engineering drawings and specifications
Perform threading, facing, grooving, and knurling operations
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
Maintain machines and tools in good condition
Requirements:
Proven experience as a manual lathe operator (2–5 years preferred)
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
Skilled in turning, threading, grooving, and knurling
Knowledge of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Attention to detail and commitment to quality production
