Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will oversee all business functions, manage teams, drive strategic growth, and ensure the company achieves its financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations and manage all departments, including projects, finance, HR, and procurement.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, company policies, and quality standards.
Drive operational efficiency, team performance, and business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years of senior management experience in construction, landscaping, or related industries.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Saudi business regulations and labor laws.
