Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Mechanical Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or contracting projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and supporting the tendering process.

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications

Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.)

Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis

Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

Prepare BOQs and pricing breakdowns

Participate in bid preparation and submission

Coordinate with project management, procurement, and engineering teams

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical estimation

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting)

Experience in quantity surveying and cost control

Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Good communication skills in English
