Position Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with strong estimation exposure to support our MEP and technical services projects in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for MEP and electromechanical projects such as (RFQs, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders)
- Source suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and prepare commercial comparisons
- Support estimation team with accurate BOQ pricing and cost analysis
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost optimization
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely material delivery
- Maintain vendor database and ensure compliance with project specifications

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of procurement experience in construction / MEP projects
- Proven exposure to estimation and cost evaluation
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
